    chem math equasion
    HI need help in solving the following equasion for chemistry homework...

    The dimensions of a rectangular box are 12.0 in by 11.0 inch by 5.5 in calculate the volume of the box in cm^3.

    How do I do this?

    well.

    what's the formula for the volume of a box?

    length x width x height

    your measurements, however, are in inches... so first convert them from inches to cm. then multiply.
