No Bail Traffic Offense (Failure to Appear)
Husband (separated) sitting in jail on a no bail traffic offense with a failure to appear. His court date is not until April, he pays $1000 in child support to help with our three kids. He has a good job that I would like him to keep. Is there someone I can talk to that can get him get out of jail any faster, before he looses his job. House arrest-to work and child care only... weekend jail time. What can I do as the wife who needs his physical and financial assistance? Please help!

First he is not in jail because of the traffic ticket, he is in jail because he failed to appear for a previous court case. It does seem a long time for a court date, guess the judge is "teaching" him a lesson. He needs to hire an attorney who can try and get a earlier date
