    Inheiritance of land from mother
    There is 7 kids and one is dead and his son is taking his part of the land but my husband is a heir and the other 6 do not want to give him any part of the land cause he is in prison and they fell he does not need it. They put me out of our home which was on the land and now they are moving a grandson on the land. What can I do for my husband to get his part of this land?? Please help! We live in Kentucky... :(
