    Getting kicked off line
    I keep getting kicked offline...
    Any ideas?
    I have Norton virus protection and it says everything is fine.

    What kind of connection are you using? DSL, Dial Up, Cable?? Are you using a wireless?

    Is it your connection or are you jumping on someone else's?

    If it is your connection, then you need to get the PC closer to the router for a stronger signal or pick up a high gain antenna if you need more range. If it's someone else's connection, you're out of luck.

    It's my connection/network and it says I'm getting an excellent signal strength.
