    I keep getting kicked offline...
    Any ideas?
I have Norton virus protection and it says everything is fine.
    Thanks in advance.

What kind of connection are you using? DSL, Dial Up, Cable?? Are you using a wireless?

Many people say Norton is junk. You might want to switch to something on one of these sites.

Is it your connection or are you jumping on someone else's?

If it is your connection, then you need to get the PC closer to the router for a stronger signal or pick up a high gain antenna if you need more range. If it's someone else's connection, you're out of luck.

It's my connection/network and it says I'm getting an excellent signal strength.
*sorry for the short answers, I'm just trying to answer the questions fast before it kicks me off.
