    Quit warranty deed reversal
I signed a quit warranty deed for some property I planned on selling. I have now changed my mind. Can I stop the procedure from going through? I live in Florida. Thank you

You don't sign the deed until you are paid and the deal is completed. So at this pont and time, unless the other party has not paid you, and you have a written contract, the property is sold.
