My cousin took a quick claim deed on my uncle's home and he is in a hospice he lied and told him it was for other purposes and now he is threatenin to put them on

Huh? Have you uncle sign a letter repudiating the quick claim deed. Unless it was signed in from of witnesses and a notary that can testify he knew what he was doing, you can reverse it.

Yes in all states where I have done business, all deeds have to be either witnessed or notorized ( or both) Also call the police and report him for fraud.

Since your uncle owned the home, your cousin was the grantee. Grantees do not take, they receive.

A quit claim deed for a purpose other than transferring his interest in the property? What did he say it was for?

"them" meaning who exactly and "on" meaning what exactly?

You really should get a good real estate lawyer to go and see your uncle asap.

My uncle died today and his wife is the only one left she had an accident in which killed her best friend and her 3 year old grandson and she is still in a wheelchair and cannot fight for herself HELP!!

I did all that I could do I did not want to make him sign another document that I don't think that he is right mind to be signing any documents at that time. He has taken care of all of the home stuff and when he fell ill she had to take over and did not know how. So she went to my cousin. When I last signed in I have tried to use the advice. I had them to pay him off. I wrote this on the 5th of October and she was in a fatal accident the next day. Check the chandler Arizona paper obituarie. Her best friend and my nephew died he was 3. I have not had much time to take care of this, her in the hospital, and him in the Hospice. He died this morning 2:30am and she is in worse shape.

I really need help I am going through so much the one who was in the accident broke her, back neck, Pelvic bone and now she has to bury her husband after we just buried my nephew.

I am so sorry from your loss, If the deed was properly witnessed, and has been recorded, all you can do is hire an attorney for his estate and fight it out in court, There is NOTHING you can do at this time, first you do't have legal standing his widow does, to sue for the property back.

Also was the home in his name only or in his name and his wife, that can be an issue

But back in Oct was when you needed an attorney the most, now many things you COULD have done is too late.

So hire an attorney and see, the longer you wait and do not file action against him, the stronger the case for it being a valid deed ( accepted)
