    But everything from what state. In general the tenant will be liable to pay for the entire lease even after they move out. They will still have to pay for the full amount of the lease even after they move out, up and to the point you find a new renter, once you find a new renter then the old renters liablity ends. In some states, there is no requirement to look for a new renter, but in most states the landlord has to look
