    8 year old has ulcerative colitis
    My 8 year old has ulcerative colitis. The treatments don't seem to be clearing it out. Does anyone have any addvise?

    You need to take him to another doctor for a second opinion and alternative treatments. Without knowing your son's complete medical history any advice you get here could be dangerous at best.

    Thank YOu. I'm new to this site.I was thinking of trying probiotics.But we have a appointment in march and a colonastopy this summer. Jerriann
