    Plumbing drain not draining
    Hi there
    We have a drain in the wall that is not draining, it's the washer drain, there is nothing stuck in it and when you pour water into it you can only get a cup in we told the pipes apart, what can be wrong

    Alvina123... need more information.

    Basement... 1st floor... second floor?

    ALthough there is nothing stuck in the drain... close up... the drain is clogged. Let us know what floor this is on and how old the home is so we can give best advice!

    Yep we need more info and can you clarify what you mean with "in we told the pipes apart,."
