    Discharge Public Defender
    I want to terminate my Public Defender, how do I go about doing this.

    Do you have another attorney to replace the PD with or are you intending on representing yourself?

    Hello D:

    Send him a certified letter firing him and outlining the reasons for doing so. Send a copy to the judge and to the prosecutor.
