    Electrical Outlets Not Working
I recently started updating outlets in my home. Three of them in the livingroom don't work. Actually one does, just the top plug. Interesting enough, this particular outlet has two ground wires instead of one like all the other outlets in the house. The outlets have two black and two white wires. I've double checked the connections to make sure they are secure without any luck.

I realize if I figure out the problem with one the chances are likely the other two will work. I am curious about the outlet with two ground wires. Why is that? Could this be the source of the problem?

The receptacle that only half works is due to little tab on side of receptacle is broke off, a jumper will work. New recepticles are usually intact. Do you have a switch that works half of receptacle, if not, jum the half working receptacle and it may restore the other 3(2)?
