    Provation violation?
    My husbent violate his provation hi cames with durty urine now hi is on jail for that how long hi is going to be on jail hi has hi alredy serve 7 months 5 before hi violate his provation and 2 after thad the original sentence was 2 years provation

    There's no way to tell. He could be let out tomorrow or he could finish his sentence in there.

    He may have to do the 2 years minus the 7 months, plus time off for good behavior. He is at the mercy of the court and his probation officer. I would have him ask his PO to put him in a drug treatment program in lieu of jail. One where he goes a couple times a week.

    Yep, EIFS has it nailed. He can be held for a while pending a probation hearing before the judge. As noted he can be made to serve the rest of his sentence.
