Kenmore 80 series Knob removal procedure
How do I remove the front cycle indicator knob of a Kenmore series 80 Model # 110.24832200 so that I can replace the broken plastic piece behind it? I tried to push the knob in and turn counter clockwise but that did not unscrew the knob as per mentioned at a different site. Please Help. It tough to know where I am when I finally get the wash cycle going. Thank you Greg of Hawaii

    Greg,

I was looking for a way also to remove this knob and I saw your question with no answer on it.
Look behind the timer you will find a hole with a black pin inside, just pull on it and the knob in front will release,

    Regards Frank
