    External hard drive
    Hi good day I try to connect my external hard drive but its not work nothing comes up I think it's the jumper starter could you tel me how to connect it so it works please thanks

    It would be helpful if you give operating system -- brand of computer

    And it would be great if you give information on hard drive

    External drives need drivers on your computer -- installed??

    You can never give too much information to help someone know
