    Brown period!
    Hi! I had a period last month which was Brown discharge all the way through the period, there wasn't any blood at all. I had the usual cramps and period syptoms and the period lasted longer than normal. Can any one help is this normal?

    Is it a dark brown? If so, the brown discharge you speak of actually is blood. The reason it is brown is because it is old blood. Old blood is that dark brown color. :)

    It was dark brown! It was much lighter than my actual period but it lasted a bit longer!

    I don`t think that I have my periods but I get brown stuff 1 time every month for about a week. Is it my periods ? If it is why isn`t it red ?
