Don't know what to get bf's mom!
So my bf's mom is just the greatest, but I wasn't expecting her to get me anything, and I found out today that she did. I have no clue what to get her at all. I got her a thank you gift a few months back, but it was something little. She loves salt water taffy, so I put some in a cute little bucket and wrapped it all up and gave it to her. But this is different.

Any suggestions as to what I should get for her?
I don't know if she collects anything, really. She's in her late 40's, if that helps...

    Thanks in advance!

Why not try something like lotions or soaps?

If you're still not sure, why not a gift card to someplace to get her nails done, or her hair cut, or a massage---everyone likes to be pampered!

I think, though, the best gifts are the ones that are made for us. Make her some cookies and put them on a pretty holiday plate. Or, if she's a coffee or tea drinker, get her a nice mug with some of her favorite kinds in it. You can buy single packages of tea and coffee.

If ALL else fails, a pair of pretty earrings in her birthstone is always nice, too.

Thanks! My boyfriend says she likes dolls and that he'll go shopping with me for her tomorrow... I hate buying presents for people, that's why I never do. Haha

When you don't know what to get somebody I think a basket filled with a theme, like dolls is a good idea. You could even include a book on antique dolls. As of today it is late but for future reference... :D
