    Really irregular pieriod.
    I got my period when I was 12, I'm 14 now. And I haven't had my period in almost 7 months, and I'm not pregnant because I'm still a virgin. Does someone know what's wrong ?
    Help.

    It can take a few years for your period to become regular. Be careful with the amount of meat and dairy you consume. Both have added hormones, which we consume when we eat of these products. These hormones can cause an imbalance in the body, causing all sorts of complications, including irregular periods. Also, if you have a low percentage of body fat it can also contribute to light or irregular periods.
