    Shaping up the booty!
    OK so I have a huge booty and pretty much evreything else is skinny . I usually get compliments for it and I don't really hate it that much... however my butt needs some serious shaping up. Would exercise bikes be a good option ? :confused: :confused: :confused:

    I had the same problem. My weight was OK, but my butt needed toned up. I started using a stair climber and got great results. I also bought one of those kickboxing workout videos that focuses on the lower body. Doing the kicks and stuff are great for those muscles. When I don't feel like doing all that stuff, I just go for a walk and sometimes wear those little ankle weights that you can strap on while you walk. It helps me get a better workout.

    I do a little bit of personal training on the side. Don't do a stationary bike. It'll tone your thighs, but will do nothing for your butt.

    Stairmaster and kickboxing, like peggyhill said, is an excellent workout for your butt.
