    Evection of tentet
    If you are a landlord in Tennessee how much notice do you have to give a tentet for them to move out?

    We have a copy of ALL the states landlord tenant laws right here at the top of this forum on a "sticky note". I'm sure it'll tell you what you want to know.

    This generally depends on the terms of the lease. The laws generally spell out a minimum period, but the lease may override it. It also depends on why you want them out.
