I always get zits around periods, they last all the way threw till the next one.. when I get them they are large and in one area.. its emberassing and I want them to go away.. what's an easy way to get them gone. There making me mad!

Have you tried going on the pill? I had the same problem around the time I start too, but since I started taking the pill I get barley any.
And if birth control pills aren't your thing, maybe try acne medication. I used to take tetracycline (it is an antibiotic). My doctor prescribed it to me for my bad acne. Just one pill a day and I never got any pimples.

This is all due to hormonal surges before, during and after menstruation and is completely normal.

Hormonally stimulated acne is not uncommon. There are over the counter skin care products that may help, daily low dose antibiotics, prescribed topical medications and certain oral contraceptive pills (such as Yaz) are approved to treat acne. Check with your health care provider for more information
