    Rental home going into foreclosure
I have been renting my house since July of this year. I just found out that my landlord has not been making the payments on the house and it is going into foreclosure, she just told me about it and thinks that I should be out of the house by the end of this month! What are my rights? How long do they have to give to be out? Don't I have 30 days?:(

You have till the gavel hits and the house is sold. After that depending on your state, you will have 3 days to 30 days.

A lot depends on where in the procedure of foreclosure it is

Once the foreclosure is finalized, your lease is terminated. The new owner will then need to serve you notice to vacate. If you don't vacate they will need to start eviction proceedings.
