    I have garnishment my checking then hold my fund
    Hi everyone
    They hold my checking account(garnishment) what can I do?
    They did't touch my job yet
    Any advise

    Were you legally served notice of a prior judgement ?

    But if they got a judgement against you, they can attach your bank accounts and depending on your state garnish your paycheck.
