    Vacate a convition that was over 6 years ago
    In 2001 I plead guilty to assault 4 domestic violence I was sentenced to 1 year suspended and a fine. That is the only thing on my record. This is a misdemeanor. Can I vacate or seal it so employers can't use that against me when getting a job?

    You will want to make a motion to have it explunged. This will seal it basically from all searches except national security searches and police back ground checks
