Petition to Appoint Counsel in Pennsylvania
    Re: Adoption/Involuntary TPR

According to the PA adoption act the court shall appoint counsel for the parent if they can not afford one or if they can prove financial hardship in incurring legal fees. Also appoint a Guardian Ad Litem for the child.

Should these be verbal requests, are there existing petitions to request this appointment of counsel or should I type them up drawing from other petitions for counsel?
