    Furnace won't lite
    I have a amana furnace can't get the hot surface igniter to work... igniter is new, no power to it.. control board flashes once , meaning a lockout(?)furnace will light if I use lighter... I checked all 3 overloads and pressure switch, all show good... induction fan runs as soon as power is on, goes thur cycle but no fire... hopefully not control board... just trying to doing a family a favor... thanx

    If no power is going to the ignitor ythe component the ignitor is wired to is probably defective.
