Once the father volutarily terminates his rights
If a father has voluntarily terminated his rights and the mother at the time agreed with the father to not pay child support at that time, and child is now four, when the decree was agreed on upon the judge about the time the one minor child was almost two nineteen months can the mother take the father back for child support? and can he ever relinquish his rights if the mother does decide to do this?

I find it strange that a court would allow a father to give up his rights and his obligation to pay child support. Was this a court ordered agreement ?

Normally the courts will never take away the obligation to pay child support unless there is a new partner to adopt.

I would have an attorney review all of the old court papers and see if you can appeal any of the previous rulings.
