    3-way switch not working
I recently replaced an outlet for cosmetics. The outlet is one of two connected to a 3-way switch. After replacing, the switch will not work on either outlet. Not sure where to go from here?

Remove other switch, don't disconnect wires, but note what color wires is connected to switch travellers(the 2 screws that are the same color on 3 way switches)These 2 wires on these screws need to go to traveller location on original switch location switch, to the 2 traveller positions on switch. Is either a combination device.
