    Signing away rights
    Hi,
I would like to know what I need to do to sigh over full rights of my daughter to her mother? I live in the state of Illinois. I never get to see my daughter, I do pay child support, but it does not go to the child it goes to the habits of the mother. My daughter even told me on the phone that she wanted me tosign my rights over to her mothers new boyfriend. It's a friends e-mail address name. It's her computer too. I'm remarried and this has been going on for years with my ex-wife. I'm just at the end of my rope, how much more pain do you have to go through?:(

    Hello missy:

Even if he/you could, he/you will still have to pay child support.

PS> I said that he/you stuff because I never heard of a father named missysuelou.

You do not state which state this Father lives. So I give you the following link, which then you can look for the particular state's laws/regulations for termination of parental rights. Not all states are alike.

First why don't you visit ? That is nothing but your fault for not fighting to see your child.

Look let me tell you my sons farther just sign his rights over by signin a paper in front f a notery and I am filling it with papers so he can adopt him that the only way. But if you know the child is not in a good place you need to be aman and stnd up and fight for that child cause if he would have showed he wanted to be a dad I would have love that but he is a loser and don't care
