    First for what reason, it is often hard unless there is a danger to the child. But you will need to hire an attorney and file in family court to have the rights taken away.

    Trying to terminate a parents rights is very hard to do.

    There are very few things that even allow for a person to try and take that step... and even then there is no concrete answer as to if the judge approves it.

    We will need a bit more info on your end to give you better, more detailed advice.
