    Searching for Information on a deceased family member
    We just had a family member die in a car crash. No one knows if he had a safe deposit box or a will. Is there any place we can go to online to find out if he had a safe deposit box?

    Doesn't anyone know what bank he used. There must be a bank card or or some form of banking information that would tell you what bank and branch he used.

    No there is no place on line, actually there is no place at all.

    You go to their home, go though all of their papers, all of their drawers, you get their mail for the next year and watch for bills from banks,
    You go though old bank records and the such.
