Sick puppy
I have a 3month old puppy. Just took her to the vet and they did a fecal test. And it came out negative. They still gave me a dewormer, and told me that there may be eggs and to give her the medication to prevent it. She has been throwing up and not eating at all. Water here and there. They suggested I hospitalize her. But now I just don't know what to do? Is this normal when taking a dewormer? Help.

I wish labman or Ruby were here, and I'm just a lowly cat person.
Did the vet rule out parvo?
Parvovirus is a viral disease of dogs. It affects puppies much more frequently than it affects adult dogs. The virus likes to grow in rapidly dividing cells. The intestinal lining has the biggest concentration of rapidly dividing cells in a puppy's body. The virus attacks and kills these cells, causing diarrhea (often bloody), depression and suppression of white blood cells -- which come from another group of rapidly dividing cells. In very young puppies it can infect the heart muscle and lead to "sudden" death. - from workingdogs.com

She has diarrhea, but she only went once today. She vomits more than anything.

Try to get water into her so she doesn't get dehydrated. Did she poop normally, or not at all except for the diarrhea? What does the vomit look like? Clear slime or with something in it?
Why did the vet suggest the hospital?
If it were my cat, I would get her to the vet hospital asap--maybe in the morning? Sooner?

Just in case deworming with no indication of worms is quite common. In fact people here have accused me of neglect because I never worm my puppies. They are wormed before I get them, and I have them on Heartgard+ which prevents most common worms.
I think loose stools is normal after deworming, but not the upset stomach. I would get back with the vet. No medicine is 100% safe. All medicines have a certain percentage of bad reactions. If the vet wants to hospitalize the puppy, you had better let them. It may need to go on IV to avoid dehydration.
