    Fat after kids.
    How do I get ny body tight after having a kid?

    Also do BURST exercises ---You do an exercise like running up and down the steps, or running or treadmill or weight machines as hard and fast as you possibly can for 30 to 60 seconds then you rest 2 to 3 minutes. Then you repeat for up to 10 minutes and do this about every 48 hours -NO more than that.

    Also cut out all junk foods and get plenty of omega. They are finding that hyper active kids lacked enough omega during prenatal and infancy. They are also saying that kids that have enough omega are smarter and have better coordination.

    Smaller portions, like only 3 oz. of lean meats, skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish, loin type meats, Lots of veggies and fruits, Dairy, the low fat, or skim type 3 times a day, this includes low fat, skim milk, cheese and yogurt. Add beans and legumes to your diet it's a great sourse of low fat protein. Cut out all fast foods, fried foods, sugary snacks, and salt snacks like chips. Snack on seeds or nuts or cut up fruits. Choose water and drink lots of it all day, or green teas over presweetened drinks like soda. Watch and read the nutritional labels on the foods that you do eat and keep to the one portion size. Make sure you don't cut your calories down too far, you need to eat at least 1,000 calories a day when your trying to lose weight. And eat a good breakfast, if you eat white flour products try using whole grains instead like wheat cereals, pasta, rice and breads. Your metabolism increases every time you eat, the key is to eat smaller meals more often. All this coupled with exercise, 3-4 times a week, 30-60 minutes, of walking, or jogging, swimming, aerobics, resistance training, which can be broke up throughout the day will go along way in helping you reduce your weight. Small changes are a lot easier to live with!
