    I no I'm fat I tell myself
    I'm about 5.7 an my weight is 10 stone 1 I'm 15 years old an I would really like two lose some weight I want two get down two about 9 stone in 2 weeks I've tried everythink at the moment I'm not eating an doing exciuse until my legs hurt buh the weight Just Anit Cumin Off I Jus Hate how I am an the fatness on my face I've tried being sick buh I just isn't got the bottle two do it does anyone have any ideas how I can lose this weight in 2 weeks in time two start my new school ?

    For one thing, you cannot lose weight "fast" and safely at the same time. It will take some time and starvation does not work and it is very unsafe...

    As I told another person in this forum...
    Lay off the junk food, eat healthier foods, and get plenty of exercise.

    Go for walks/runs, play sports, ride your bike, chase the dog around, etc...

    Try weight watchers. And all the stuff glnutrition posted. Chewing gum helps me not crave food. But not a good meal.
