    Stopping sexual urges
    Been married for 11 years and just this last year the sex has droped off, I have tried eveything, the next step is to try and stop my urges and I haven't found much on how to do that, it is down to 1 or 2 times a month
    I can't change her how do I change me

    If it's dropped drastically in the last year, you may want to get her checked by a physician. There are medical conditions that will cause a drop in sexuality, some of them serious.

    If it's CIRCUMSTANCES that have changed (like having a baby), you may want to make sure you have enough time for just each other, and make sure that you're both contributing evenly to the household.

    We have plenty of time but not for that anything else she won't do ,
    I just have to deal with it

    I repeat--if this is a sudden drop, occurring only in the last year--there may be something medically wrong.

    I highly suggest that you urge her to see her gynecologist.
