    My bathtub leaks!
    Hi, everyone,

I have a bath tub on the 2nd floor of my home that is leaking into my ceiling. We thought we soved it by remodeling and put in a new tub but after three years this one is leaking. Any ideas?

    More info?

Does it leak only when running water? Only when the shower is run or also when tub is filling? Does it leak a long time after you fill the tub and leave the stopper in? Can you fill it from another source and see if it leaks? When you did the remodel did you leave an access panel so that you could make repairs? How's the grout or seal around the tub? Do you get excess water on the floor around the tub?

My ac unit is leaking in the garage, I have a split unit. The box it sits on just started leaking the other day, someone told me that I could fix it with a shop vac. Is this true? Other than the leak it cools just fine and is only 4 years old.
