    Am I screwed?
I'm 16 and have already had a first citation. Tonight I got my second and ended up blowing a .02.. which is nothing and extremely annoying. I realize I shouldn't be drinking but everyone realizes that it happens cept I'm the one getting caught. Police entered my friends house without permission and shoved the kid to his seat for no reason and wasn't resisting. I supposeably have my license suspended for 1 year WHEN I get my license. Is this all true? There's more but I'm not sure if anyone will even respond to this.. thank youuuu I'm extremely curious

I guess your attitude tells me a lot here. You excuse your drinking by saying everyone does it. You are not even drinking age. Yes, I know how it goes when you are a teen. Somehow alcohol is not a problem to procure at that age. Your second citation... when was your first citation? Yes, you can lose your license. You could be told to attend DUI classes and receive treatment. I do not know anything about the police officer - you say he entered without permission - was he following you?

You best get legal counsel. You are going to need it.

Why not ask the dot what the citations will mean?

And stop playing the victim here. You aren't sorry... you are sorry you were caught.

Please know, that I can empathize greatly with your attitude. I was very much the same as you as far as attitude when I was your age. You see, I had my first alcoholic drinks at the age of 14. The result was, in that same night, I ended up jumping off a wall and breaking my leg! It was a number of years beyond that experience that I got a glimmer of learning the lesson as to how my actions and thoughts could affect my present or my future in a positive or negative way. I hope that it doesn't take you as long to learn your lesson!

You're not only extremely curious, you're also extremely rebellious. Laws are not made to be broken. They are made to be obeyed so that everyone can have a safe and sound life.

So you think that you were right in doing what you did? It really does sound like you think that it was perfectly within your right for you to be drinking, even though you know that it is illegal for you to be doing it. Is your goal to keep on doing what you know is illegal and try not to get caught?

Right now, you are training yourself for how you will be in the future. The choice is yours.

I do agree wholeheartedly with the answers above. If you are looking for sympathy here, you won't find it. You are not the victim, and this isn't some kind of game.

You're not going to get screwed in all of this. Even asking it that way tells a lot about you. I would think the thing that you should be asking is, "Am I going to learn my lesson?" I hope that you have already.

How much did you have to drink? It doesn't take much at all to blow a .02 ; a dose of cough medicine can do that. Why did you even have to submit to a breathalyzer test if you weren't driving? Also the police entering your friend's house without permission is an issue as well. You may want to talk with a lawyer.
