Ok here it goes we are lost in march of 2007 during the divorce the Judge decided the child is in joint custody and live with mother because she was in school and did not want to move her. Friday mother calls me the grandmother and says lets talk I need her to go to you because my life is a mess yes it is she uses pills and her boyfriend has becoume violent and everyday there is fighting and threats of shooting them all in the head. In the last month we have gone to rescue her from there with them calling us and the school was going to call cps no one is there to pick her up and other stuff so we go get her. Child had to call 911 and mother was in bad shape from pills child is eight years old. We had this child for 6 years and then one day mother decided she wanted her and then procided with divorce so on and so forth father pays child surport and buys child's needs mother can not afford them right down to uniforms for school and clothes she had kept her out of school for 9 days because she had no money for uniforms it has been a mess already paid over 9 grand for lawyer for divorce and can not afford more here. But calls and says we need to take her again maybe when she gets her feet on the ground sh can have her back. Boyfriend has been beating her up almost every day. We want the child back and want the best for her this is a stable home and non drug and drinking home. We have her and want to know now what to do and do not want the chlid going back and forth all the time for living quarters and school she already is a mess and is behind in school and is over weight now and has not been taken care of medically and emoitnally and went we go get her her hygene is very bad hair is dirty and matted and she looks like she came out of a garbage bin for clothes and has over 300 of new stuff. She has told me she could not wash her hair they had no shampoo and no one did the wash she had to fend for her self almost all the time even for meals that is one way she had gained the weight eat what ever she could find. Please help need to get this done and the right way and get her in school over here can not drive over 18 miles twice a day for that school and mother can not find the uniforms we just got 2 weeks ago over a 100 dollars worth and which was hard to find here at this time of the year in the school. She was transferred from another school in phoenix and now is got to get in one stable place as I stated father and grand parents want her we have spent in total over 14 grand since she was one in legal fees and mother cleans act up for about 6 months and goes back to old ways remember at when child was one mother didn't want her anymore and left her with us. This is getting crazy help.

Seems to me like Child Protective service isn't doing their job if they are involved.
