I am living in apartment for six months,my landlord came for some inspection,which I have no problem and he and their staff can come anytime with prior notice,my question is can I ask him not to come in my apartment with shoe on or they can wear shoe cover.

Well you can ask them anything, but I doubt they will do it or pay any attention about it.
