    Confused with getting a divorce
    I have been separated with my wife for the past 14 years and would like a divorce. I would like to file for non- contest. I don't have money, what do I do?

    If you don't have many assets such as real estate, expensive vehicles, boats, large bank accounts, or minor children you can do a "do it yourself divorce" in some states. Of course, you wife would be agreeable and particapatory in the process.

    I think the first step would be to contact your local "Legal Aid" office to find out how to get the paperwork, what steps to follow such as how to file.
