    Finishing a basement
    What is the estimate to complete a 2200 sq ft basement with two bedrooms and one bath?

    I don't see how anyone could price this without seeing the basement and all that would be involved. It would be far from cheap. Here is a guess, id say at least $40,000 turn key job, but that may be on the low side depending on how the plumbing goes, that will be your biggest expense.
