    Asthma time
I have asthma for 20 years now
There are days that I have to go to hospital for treatment cause my inhaler expired . Every time I go to the hospital they told me take 4 puffs every 4 hours until I control it again
Now every time I take my inhaler feels like I am getting high for long time
So I try not to use my inhaler at work cause of that
I told to my doctor but he said is OK
But I wondered if it is OK
Right now I am not trying to use my inhaler unless necessary

What kind of inhaler, ventolin. That does not sound right 4 puffs every 4 hours. Sounds like your asthma is not well controlled and why do you run out of your medication all the time. There is other preventitive medicine out there so your not using your rescue medication as often. As far as feeling high, I highly doubt it.

You need to get your asthma under control and get on medications that will prevent this from happening. Do not skimp out on doctors instructions or you will end up in the hospital again.

Are you on any other medications? What is your asthma triggers and what kind of food do you eat.
