    Dry & Aging Skin
What do you recommend for a dry and aging skin? I am turning 48 years old and I want to maintain a healthy skin.

Vitamin E is one of the best remedies for dry and aging skin. But make sure that the one you buy says d-tocopherols on it and not the cheap dl-tocopherols.

Yes vitamin e is very good for the skin I would suggest buying capsules and open them and apply the oil direct to the skin as wee as aloe vera is very good for the skin as well
