Getting a Cold!
Hello!
I can feel myself getting a cold, I came home tonight and my nose is kind of plugged, and I can feel a cold coming on, as I usually do this time of year! I just don't have time for this right now, is there anything I can eat or take to nip this cold in the bud? Thanks :) |

:( I was wondering if there is something missing in my diet or maybe something else. It doesn't matter if I wear a long sleeve and a jacket I still find myself shivering. I mean my jaw and body actually trembles because I am that cold. Any suggestions?
