    Hi with family in canada,can I go and appy for emigration while I'm there

    What kind of family, if your parents or grandparents are in Canada yes. Other family (cousins, brothers or sisters) are not able to sponsor you.

    There are several ways to apply for permanent residence in Canada, immigration through family is only one way. You can also apply as a skilled worker and other ways. See the link below:

    p.s. it's applying for immigration, there is no law preventing you from emigrating, emigration is when you leave a country.

    Thanks,I've twin sister and my brother there,my sister and her family emigrated back 10years ago,I so want to go back too

    I think I answered this is another thread, you can call the nearest consulate if you used to have citizenship (or any temporary status) in Canada a few years back and ask about reclaiming that status or apply as a skilled worker.
