    Infestation of Assorment of Insects
    I have recently moved in to a Townhouse in Roanoke VA. I have an infestation of crickets, spiders, and assortment of other insects. Have had house sprayed numerous times. Does this
    Give me a legal right to break my lease?:mad:

    Hello dallen:

    I don't think so. Did you give the landlord a chance to rectify the problem? Don't the spraying companies offer a guarantee?

    If the landlord doesn't correct the problem within a given amount of time (see your landlord tenant law), you'll be able to move. But, he has to have a chance. Certainly the bugs CAN be eliminated with the right treatment. No?
