    Difficulty with Periods
Hello all I am 30 years old and my husband and I have been trying to conceive for approximately one year. I have traditionally had irregular periods and it continues to be a problem. I have been seeing a gyno for the past six months and we have tested for PCOS and done some ultrasounds to make sure that I don't have any cysts or fibroids, and everything has come back fine. So my problem is this... I did not have a period from 1/07-5/07 and then had a couple really heavy periods. Since I went to the gyno last (6/07) she stated that I should count 35 days after the start of my period, take a pregnancy test, if negative take progesterone for 10 day to start a new cycle to try and regulate everything. Well here is the new problem, I don't even make 21 days and then I get bleeding and clotting... In fact the last period I had had such dark red blood that the tampon came out almost black... lots of large dark red clots as well... So now it seems I am bleeding about every two weeks and even between then I may have spotting going on... can anyone tell me what I should do... this is getting very discouraging!!

    I have irregular periods too
Try seeing a doctor and ask how you can make them right
