    10 yard and 40 yard dash
    I was wondering what is a good 10 yard and 40 yard sprint time for a high school runningback?

    A really good 40 yard dash for high school football is around a 4.5 . To go D1 you must run at least a 4.5 and be strong enough and big enough and have some skill.

    A good ten yard dash is at least a 1.5
