Healthy eating to maintain a healthy body is essential in any case but healing wounds would require an extra kick of certain vitamins such as vitamin K to promote clotting at the wound site. Mineral supplements such as zinc and copper will aid in the development of coligen in your system for healthy skin. I don't know whether the Jamieson brand have vitamen K as a supplement on its own, I know all minerals are included in a daily vitamin supplement such as One A Day.

I would always be wary of health products claiming to have micro-this and nano-that. It's mostly marketing rubbish designed to sound scientific.

Check the ingredients and nutritional information for the kind of things that loveless has listed.

tickle and Loveless are right but
Try something like this for minerals Maximum Living Mineral Rich with Aloe
The bottle lasts a month or two.
The commercial vitamins like one a day and centrum don't dissolve in your system.
It is best to take gel caps or liquid rather than hard tablets whenever possible
And some minerals such as boron and zinc you have to be careful not to get too much in your system.
The Mineral Rich is good compared to some of the other liquid minerals because many others contain trace arsenic, chemicals and preservatives.
