    Wobbly jiggly jelly like thighs!
    I have such horrible inner thighs, I'm about 13 stone at the mo. And my thighs are so unfirm and wobbly its horrible!! I'm starting to lose weight at the moment and would like some info on how to tone up my inner thighs really fast! As I'm going on hols in less than 2 weeks! Dnt get me wrong, I know they won't be toned up by then but if anyone has any advice on to firm them up asap I would be veeeery grateful!

    One simple word... stairs, just set a goal, probably try going up and down (counts as one) 5 times, for a medium-tall flight of stairs. Push yourself a little more every day, see if you can do one more, and that pain in your side, just breath and keep going, otherwise it'll get worse, if you feel dizzy or the pain is excruciating, I wouldn't recommend that tactic. Also, take a daily vitamin, and eat those five fruits and veggies everyday, and portion control. For an extra boost, once you get the hang of it, you can carry 2-5 lb weights while you do this exercise.

    Squats and wide stanced squats. You will whip those muscles into shape in no time.
